Industries
Why now

Regulatory changes in FY 2026-27.

Three developments that affect monthly compliance this year.

GST notices on credit and turnover

Notices issued in August 2026 covered input credit claimed above GSTR-2B and differences between the books, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9. A monthly match catches most of these early.

New TDS sections and forms

Since 1 April 2026, TDS sits in Section 393 of the Income-tax Act 2025, with renumbered forms. Rates are unchanged, so the risk is the wrong section or form.

The 45-day rule for small suppliers

Under Section 43B(h), unpaid dues to registered micro and small suppliers beyond the agreed period, 45 days at most, are disallowed as a deduction until paid.

Dates are from our FY 2026-27 compliance calendar, last reviewed November 2026. Due dates falling on holidays are generally not extended; we file two to three days in advance. Professional tax, labour welfare and shops-and-establishments dates depend on the state, so we set them per entity. Extensions are announced from time to time, and we confirm each date on the official portal before relying on it.

How it works

Engagement process.

From first call to first monthly close in about 30 days.

  1. Discovery call

A 25-minute call to understand your entities, volumes and requirements.

  2. Proposal

After reviewing one month of records, we issue a proposal stating the package, volumes covered and exclusions.

  3. Initial review

Review of books, returns and payroll, including GSTR-2B reconciliation, TDS section mapping and Section 43B(h) ageing, with a dated action list.

  4. Monthly close

A monthly checklist of filings completed, reconciliations done and open items, with acknowledgements attached.
